Terms & Conditions / ご利用条件
- ・Shipping Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the items. The final shipping cost will be determined based on the actual weight including packaging materials. If there is a difference between the checkout amount and the final cost, we will contact you to collect the balance.
- ・Handling Fee: A specialized packaging fee is already included in the table above (Up to 5kg: +¥1,000 / Up to 10kg: +¥1,500 / Up to 15kg: +¥2,000 / Up to 20kg: +¥2,500).
- ・Oversized Orders: If the total weight exceeds 20kg or requires 2 or more boxes, we will contact you separately after the order is placed.
- ・Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are solely the buyer's responsibility.
- ・Delays: Please note that shipping delays may occur depending on customs clearance procedures in your country. Particularly for shipments to the United States, delivery may take longer than usual due to additional verification and customs processing requirements.
- ・For any requests or questions regarding shipping and packaging, please leave a note in the order notes field or contact us via our inquiry form.
- ・送料の算出について: 送料は商品の重量をもとに算出されます。最終的な送料は「梱包材を含めた総重量」で確定するため、チェックアウト時の金額と差額が発生する場合がございます。その場合は別途ご請求させていただきます。
- ・梱包料について: 海外配送用の特別梱包費は、上記の送料表にすでに含まれております（〜5kg: +¥1,000 / 〜10kg: +¥1,500 / 〜15kg: +¥2,000 / 〜20kg: +¥2,500）。
- ・大型・複数口のお荷物: 総重量が20kgを超える場合、または梱包が2箱以上になる場合は、ご注文後に別途ご連絡させていただきます。
- ・関税・輸入税: お受け取りの際に発生する関税・輸入税等はすべてお客様（受取人様）のご負担となります。
- ・配送遅延: お住まいの国の税関状況等により、配送に遅れが生じる可能性がございます。特にアメリカ宛てのお荷物につきましては、現在通関手続きや確認事項等のため、通常よりもお届けにお時間をいただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
- ・配送・梱包に関するご要望やご質問は、備考欄にご記入いただくか、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
- ・Damages in Transit: We package all our ceramic pieces with the utmost care. However, due to the nature of international transit, the risk of breakage cannot be entirely eliminated. If your item arrives damaged, please retain the broken item and all original packaging materials exactly as they arrived. You must contact your local post office (e.g., USPS) immediately to file an official damage report. Please note that without an official damage report from the local carrier, we are unable to process any refunds or compensation.
- ・Handmade Characteristics: All our pieces are handcrafted by artists, meaning each item is one-of-a-kind. In the unfortunate event of damage, please understand that we cannot provide an exact replacement. Compensation will be issued as a refund.
- ・輸送中の破損について: うつわは一つ一つ厳重に梱包してお送りいたしますが、過酷な長距離輸送という性質上、破損のリスクを完全になくすことはできません。万が一破損して到着した場合は、作品と外箱・すべての緩衝材を保管した状態で、受取人様ご自身で速やかに現地の郵便局へお持ち込みいただき、ダメージレポートの作成をご依頼ください。現地の配送業者による公式な証明（ダメージレポート）がない場合、当店からのご返金や補償の申請は一切いたしかねますので、何卒ご了承ください。
- ・代替品について: 当店で扱う作品は手仕事による一点ものが多いため、万が一破損した場合、同じ作品の再送（交換）は原則として承ることができません。その場合はご返金での対応となりますことをご理解ください。
