Cash on Delivery
Please pay the delivery person upon receipt of your order.
Cash on delivery fee: 330 JPY (tax included)
※Available for purchases up to 300,000 JPY (tax included).
Bank Transfer
Payment will be made to Sumishin SBI Net Bank. Transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
Shipment will be made after payment confirmation.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days of receiving your order.
※Shipping operations are not conducted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as these are regular holidays.

Returns & Cancel
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in cases of damage during transit or if a different product from the order is delivered. Please contact us within 5 days of product arrival. Shipping fees will be borne by us.
