Introducing works by glass artist Hinako Kumita.
Ms. Kumita creates glass pieces with a fantastical worldview.

Her glass, which features random colors and delicate bubbles, is made using the "kiln-casting" technique.
This method involves filling molds with glass grains and powder and then firing them to shape, with each individual piece requiring its own mold, making it a very time-consuming and labor-intensive process.
This time, in addition to plates and small containers, we also have "glass drawers."
