Yoji Matsuoka Colored Square Bowl - Yellow

This is a work by Youji Matsuoka, who runs a blown glass studio in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Many of Matsuoka's vessels feature gentle, rounded designs, and some are even titled "Marui" (round). In addition to the series of clear glass with a slightly amber hue, there is also a new series of colored glass. They have a good thickness, fit comfortably in the hand, and are suitable for everyday use.

When the transparent, round glass catches the light, a warm spot is created in the space. We hope you will experience the kindness infused in Matsuoka's glass and feel a sense of tranquility in your daily life.
