These are works by Takanori Washizuka, a glass artist based in Toyama Prefecture. He works under the name "WASHIZUKA GLASS STUDIO."

Each piece of mouth-blown glass has a stylish form while retaining an organic quality unique to handcrafted items, resulting in a balanced aesthetic.

The "clear" series features a beautiful gradient from amber in the center to clear on the outside. The "charcoal" series boasts a very stylish, transparent, and deep gray color. Both series have a sophisticated impression and pair excellently with each other.

Mr. Washizuka believes that honest "simplicity" is important, aiming to make everyday life comfortable and to finish his products "simply" while maintaining their richness. It is with this philosophy that he creates his glass pieces.
