Takeshi Yoshida creates pottery in Mashiko Town, Haga District, Tochigi Prefecture, a town famous for its pottery.

Mr. Yoshida primarily creates series such as "Bronze," which has a texture reminiscent of excavated artifacts, and "Hakudeisai" (White Clay Glaze), which resembles the walls of ruins.
In recent years, he has also increased production of rare "Akasai" (Red Glaze) works and highly elaborate, sculptural series.

Many of his works clearly show a strong commitment to color and texture, with a distinctive presence akin to unearthed artifacts, making them unique.
This time, there are also creative ceramic works such as masks and candle holders.

On the other hand, many of his vessels are lightweight, making them perfect for everyday use.

■Size: Diameter 12cm Height 11.5cm
■Weight: Approx. 390g
■Material: Ceramic

*Due to being handmade, there may be individual differences in size, color, pattern, and weight.
Also, there may be crack-like marks on the back of the vessel or inside the footring,
but these are superficial kiln cracks from firing and do not pose any problem for use.
Please be aware of this beforehand.
