Takeshi Yoshida creates pottery in Mashiko Town, Haga District, Tochigi Prefecture, a town famous for its pottery.

Mr. Yoshida primarily creates series such as "Bronze," which has a texture like unearthed artifacts, and "Hakudeisai" (white mud glaze), which resembles a ruin wall.
In recent years, he has also increased the production of "Akasai" (red glaze) works, which are rare nowadays, and series with highly elaborate sculptural elements.

Many of his works clearly show his attention to color and texture, and their unique appearance, like unearthed artifacts, is distinctive.
This time, he also has unique ceramic works such as masks and candlesticks.

On the other hand, many of his vessels are lightweight, making them perfect for everyday use.
