These are works by Miki Furuhata, a potter working in Nagano Prefecture.
Furuhata-san draws inspiration from natural landscapes, expressing depth of color through layered glazes.
The vessels, with their harmonious matte texture and soft forms, gently accompany everyday life.
For this exhibition, titled "Aoizuki" (Blue Moon), which starts at the beginning of summer, she created many cool-looking vessels.
While a wide range of pieces, from standard works to new creations, are available, the complex glaze patterns ensure that each piece has a unique appearance.
The forms are simple, beautiful, and easy to use.
We invite you to incorporate Furuhata-san's works, which evoke a sense of season and landscape, into your daily life.
