NANA GOTO Sakazuki

These are ceramic pieces by Nana Goto, who works in Niigata.
Ms. Goto studied pottery in Kyoto and Kasama, and now creates her pieces in her hometown of Niigata.
She creates pottery with the aim of making pieces that blend into everyday life and bring a sense of calm and healing through their use.

She primarily uses a potter's wheel for shaping, focusing on the warmth and softness that comes from handmade items.
She mainly uses semi-porcelain clay, resulting in pottery with a smooth, moist texture.

The fine crystals have a pearl-like luster, and a glossy and matte texture coexist.
