These are works by Yohei Goto, who has a studio in Chiba Prefecture.
He creates glass works using kiln-working and pâte de verre techniques.

These techniques are very labor-intensive, as they involve creating a mold from a prototype, filling it with glass paste, firing it, and then polishing the surface.
However, these techniques produce a unique charm, such as fine bubbles, delicate color gradations, and a translucent finish, making the pieces feel like jewels.

Mr. Goto, who also works with stained glass, creates works using various other techniques and types of glass.
His works evoke a poetic calmness amidst their brightness.
