These are works by Keicondo, a potter based in Kasama.
Color has always been a significant element when discussing Kei's ceramics.

His signature "yellow," the quietly impactful "white," and the "green" he has been exploring in recent years—
these colors resonate with each other, and their combination highlights their individual charms.

This time, "red" has been added as a new color.
This "red" utilizes the natural color of the local Kasama clay itself, Kei's hometown.
The natural earth tones gently emerge through firing, revealing an expression that combines both calmness and strength.

Adding color deepens one's understanding of the material.
We hope you can feel the "earthiness" of Keicondo's ceramics that emerges through each color.
