Yukari Obuchi, who creates pottery in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture, uses a variety of colorful glazes to create works with beautiful tones.

The color combinations change each time, and organic changes due to firing, such as how the glaze melts and flows, are also added.
This creates unique works, no two of which are alike.
There are countless types of graded glazes, and in recent years, she has also created plates with colorful glazes that resemble Impressionist paintings.
