This is a work by Yuta Tsukamoto, a young potter creating ceramics in Taketoyo-cho, Chita-gun, Aichi Prefecture.

Centering on pottery vessels made by wheel throwing, he creates works with varying textures: soft "white," hard and dignified "black," dull-gleaming "silver," and "light silver" with beautiful fine crazing.

This time, Mr. Tsukamoto created many vessels for Chinese tea and Japanese tea, which he himself enjoys daily.
His abstract, somewhat sculptural forms and details designed to fit comfortably in the hand reflect the earnest gaze of a creator who deeply engages with his daily tea time.

Everyday tableware such as plates and bowls, with their simple yet nuanced designs, are compatible with a variety of foods and will accompany you in your daily life.
We hope you choose a vessel that will enrich your daily life, even just a little.
